Our state-of-the-art facility is in Monteggio (Ticino), southern Switzerland, close to the Italian border.
Approved by the EU GMP, FDA, Swissmedic and Japanese authorities, it is specifically designed for spray drying and capsule filling. This gives us the flexibility to meet a wide range of project requirements and timescales using world-leading spray drying and capsule filling technologies.
We are continuously investing in our facilities and in our capabilities to meet evolving customer demands as efficiently as possible. Covering 5,000m2, it includes a manufacturing area of 2,000m2. All our state-of-the-art equipment is under 10 years old.
For safety reasons, and to avoid cross-contamination, the HVAC system in the manufacturing areas does not re-circulate air (100% inlet fresh air). Air is filtered through a series of filters to guarantee air cleanliness equivalent to Class 100.000 (ISO 8) as minimum.
Relative humidity is strictly controlled and is always kept below 20% in our clean rooms.
